Yes. All projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking and begin the onboarding process. Full details will be shared in your proposal.

❥ Are there any additional costs I should know about?

The package prices cover all the services outlined in each package. However, if you need additional revisions beyond what's included or want to add extra services mid-project, we'll discuss those costs with you upfront. We believe in complete transparency—no hidden fees or surprises.

❥ What if I’m not ready to invest yet?

That’s completely okay 🤍 If you’re still gathering information, the best way to reach us is via email or Instagram rather than booking a consultation.

Booking & Timeline

❥ How far in advance should I be enquiring?

I recommend enquiring 4–6 weeks in advance, particularly for rebrands, websites, launches, or larger projects. Availability is limited and booked on a first-come basis. However, if you need to start sooner, reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline based on our current availability.

❥ How long does each package take to complete?

The timeline varies depending on the package:

Rebrand, Website Development, Creative Direction, and Content Packages: 4-8 weeks
Academy/Course Launch Package: 6-8 weeks
Launch Package: 8-10 weeks

Exact turnaround times are stated in your proposal. We'll work with you to create a timeline that fits your schedule and ensures the process is smooth and stress-free.

❥ Can I start my project immediately after our call?

If we have availability and you're ready to move forward, absolutely! Once you complete the proposal and submit your deposit, we can get started with onboarding right away.

❥ Do you take on urgent or last-minute projects?

In most cases, no. I work best when there’s enough time to be intentional, strategic, and creative. If you have a deadline, please mention it in your form.

All enquiries are personally reviewed. If your enquiry feels aligned, you’ll receive an email with a link to book a free 15-minute consultation call.

❥ Does submitting this form guarantee a consultation?

No. Submitting this form does not guarantee a call. Consultations are offered based on alignment, availability, and readiness to invest.

❥ What happens after I book my consultation call?

After you book your call, we'll review your enquiry form responses to understand your business and goals. You'll also receive confirmation after booking & reminder emails (please ensure that you check your junk/spam). During the 15-minute consultation, we'll discuss your needs, answer any questions, and determine which package is the best fit for you. If we're a good match, we'll send you a proposal to review.

❥ How involved do I need to be in the process?

We value collaboration! You'll need to be available for initial strategy sessions + fill in the strategy forms, provide feedback during the design phase, and approve final deliverables. We make the process as easy as possible for you, but your input is essential to creating something that truly reflects your vision.

❥ How many revisions are included?

Most packages include up to 3 rounds of revisions. This ensures we can refine and perfect your brand until it's exactly what you envisioned. If you need additional revisions beyond that, we can discuss options.

We'd love to continue supporting you! We offer ongoing services like content creation, social media management, and mentorship to keep your brand moving forward. We can discuss retainer options or project-based work based on your needs.
